5K run, Done.
After eating a zillion and one pieces of chocolate beforehand. Saying that, I did just burn my cream eggs off, and that I am proud of :) I kept a reasonable pace throughout yayy!! Kinda upped my game today.
Yesterday however, was silly. 4 miles with a really tense shoulder- not fun. :( Few stops here and there- increased speed does not exactly shout 'productive training'. Bad times...
2 hours later, I did some small easy intervals to ease the pain, and I think it cleared away. At least it doesnt hurt today :)
On that note, Its about the pain, cos its gonna get damn harder over the next few weeks, and pain = effort, pain = good.
